Integrations and systems

Tools Agentra Works With

Agentra does not sell a generic connector marketplace. We deploy one production AI workflow inside the systems your team already uses, with approval rules, exception paths, audit logs, and measurable KPIs.

CRM and revenue systems

Lead workflows should live where revenue teams already work.

For lead follow-up, qualification, routing, and sales ops workflows, Agentra typically works around the CRM as the system of record.

  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Zoho CRM
  • Pipedrive
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Website forms
  • Email inboxes
  • Enrichment tools
Finance, ERP, and accounting

Invoice and approval workflows need finance-system context.

For invoice approvals, purchase matching, exception routing, and audit trails, the workflow is designed around the systems finance already trusts.

  • NetSuite
  • SAP
  • Oracle
  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • Tally
  • Invoicera
  • PO and vendor data
Delivery and operations

Reporting workflows pull from the mess where work actually happens.

Project reporting, client updates, and delivery-risk workflows usually span project tools, chat, docs, time data, and client-reporting formats.

  • Jira
  • Asana
  • Monday.com
  • ClickUp
  • Trello
  • Basecamp
  • Workstatus
  • Google Docs
  • Microsoft 365
Communication and knowledge

Human approval usually happens in communication tools.

Agentra designs approval paths so humans can review, correct, approve, reject, or escalate before material workflow actions happen.

  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • SharePoint
  • Google Drive
  • Notion
  • Airtable
APIs and data layer

When a tool is unusual, we work through APIs, webhooks, or controlled data exports.

The diagnostic identifies whether a workflow can be connected safely through native APIs, middleware, warehouse access, secure exports, or a narrower first slice.

  • REST APIs
  • Webhooks
  • Zapier
  • Make
  • n8n
  • Postgres
  • MySQL
  • BigQuery
  • Snowflake

FAQ

Answers for buyers and operators.

Do you need every system connected before starting?

No. The diagnostic identifies the minimum system set required for one deployable workflow slice. Agentra prefers one live slice over a broad integration program.

What if our tool is not listed?

The list is representative. If the workflow has an owner, data access, repeatable rules, and a measurable KPI, Agentra can evaluate the tool during the fit call.

Do you replace our CRM, ERP, or project tool?

No. Agentra deploys the workflow inside or around existing systems. The goal is governed execution, not rip-and-replace software change.

Next step

Bring one painful workflow.

Agentra will qualify owner, KPI, data, access, approval rules, and deployment readiness before recommending a diagnostic or rejecting the fit.
