Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
Agentra uses this website to collect business inquiries, qualify workflow fit, and communicate about AI workflow diagnostic, deployment, and AgentOps services. This policy explains the practical categories of information we collect and how we use them.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company details, role, country, workflow context, tools involved, pain description, KPI context, timeline, budget-readiness information, consent records, and technical metadata such as pages visited, device/browser data, IP-derived location signals, and form submission logs.
How we use information
We use submitted information to assess workflow fit, respond to requests, prepare sales and diagnostic conversations, prevent spam or abuse, improve website performance, maintain records of consent, and operate the services requested by the business contact.
Service providers
Website and form data may be processed by trusted providers used for hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM, security, scheduling, and operational support. Production deployments require separate written agreements covering system access, data handling, retention, confidentiality, and ownership.
AI workflow data
Workflow samples shared during diagnostic or deployment should be minimized, scoped, and redacted where practical. Agentra does not sell personal information. Public case studies, screenshots, or metrics should not be published unless the relevant client or authorized owner has approved the proof asset.
Retention and choices
We retain business inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, manage opportunities, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and improve services. To request access, correction, deletion, or to opt out of non-essential communications, contact [email protected].
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate for a business website and service inquiry workflow. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure, so production access and client data processing should be governed by the applicable service agreement.
