    Agentra provides an AI workforce platform that enables organizations to deploy, manage, and scale AI agents for various business processes including customer service, lead capture, appointment booking, and custom workflows.

    3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

    Account Creation

    • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • You are responsible for maintaining account security
    • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
    • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

    Account Security

    • Keep your login credentials confidential
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • You are liable for all activities under your account
    • Enable two-factor authentication when available

    4. Subscription and Payment Terms

    Subscription Plans

    • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
    • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
    • Price changes require 30 days advance notice
    • Usage-based charges apply to certain features and integrations

    Payment and Billing

    • Payment is due upon subscription activation
    • Failed payments may result in service suspension

    • Respect third-party intellectual property rights

    9. Termination

    Termination by You

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
    • Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation

    • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
    • 30 days notice for termination without cause
    • Immediate termination for security breaches or illegal activity

    10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
